There's been an explosion at the pattern factory!!!

She chose the outfit herself!

Top to bottom: pink and white diagonal stripes, pink and brown harlequins, orange and pink paisley, lime green abstract floral, kiwi figural print of mice, presents and stockings, sittting on a candy cane stripe afghan and yes, there are penguins on her socks.

The Chloe Advent Calendar

Chloe's first experience with an Advent Calendar.

I'm pretty sure she'll get the concept pretty easily.

Halloween Fabric at Spoonflower.com

http://www.spoonflower.com/explore/89336

When I was 13 or so I desperately wanted sprigged muslin with teeny frogs on lily pads instead of flowers. I knew that the vast majority of people would only see sprigged muslin and miss the frogs completely. The idea of hiding in plain sight appealed to my sense of humour greatly.

Sadly, there is no such thing as frog/sprig...

Or is there?

Spoonflower.com is a print on demand fabric store. You can design, upload and have custom fabric printed for as little as $18.00 a yard, $11 for a fat quarter and $5 for an 8x8 swatch.

For me, the idea of making something for Wubby that no one else has (or even can have) is massively exciting. (I know, I know. Honestly, this is the only thing I'm baby competitive about so gimme a break.)

Plus it's forced me to learn new computer skills so I can make better fabric designs.

Viva la Spoonflower!
